Features and Applications

Actmix LAC/PN is a pre-dispersed nitrogen-containing organic foaming agent used for polar rubbers (such as CSM, NBR) and rubber-plastic blended rubbers (such as NBR/PVC), and is especially suitable for foamed products with fine and uniform cell structures. Actmix LAC/PN uses carriers and dispersants that are fully compatible with polar rubber-plastic foaming materials, which can achieve more uniform dispersion during processing, significantly shorten the mixing cycle, increase production capacity and reduce costs. Actmix LAC/PN can also improve the quality of foamed products, giving them better cell structures and smoother surfaces.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: General dosage, 1-10 phr.
Applications: Various heat-resistant rubber-plastic foamed products, such as hoses, insulation sleeves, insulation gaskets, etc., especially products based on NBR and NBR/PVC blended materials.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
